- Computer science is the scientific and mathematical study of computing and computer systems. The computer science program provides the broadest opportunity to study the scientific and mathematical aspects of computing and computing systems. In the computer science program, students will develop foundational competencies, and then broaden their knowledge by taking advanced computing, mathematics, engineering, and physics courses. Graduates are prepared to take their theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience to a variety of fields within the computer science industry, including networking, programming, and development organizations. The computer science concentration program is part of the computer and information science major.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students must submit their academic records.
- Students' transcript records must include results/marks for individual courses, as well as diplomas or certificates required in their country as evidence of qualification for university.
- If a student's native language is not English, they are required to submit scores of either TOEFL or IELTS to English language proficiency.
- Students are required to submit their SAT/ ACT scores.
