Yuvraj Reddy Review at Georgia Institute Of Technology [GEORGIA TECH], Atlanta | Collegedunia

Go Jackets!

It's the best program in the country. They have a good research culture and are located in a prime location.

Course Curriculum :

It's very relevant, they're research based courses, and we're allowed to pick any course we want. There aren't any compulsory courses.

Exams :

Good GPA, Good amount of research experience. No tests were required. But I submitted IELTS for English.

Placement :

Unfortunately like all US colleges, it's up to the the student to seek jobs, even though companies come for fairs, it's just to get a feel for them, and they don't offer a job.

Internship :

No.

Fees :

$16000 per semester.

Scholarship :

No

Faculty :

In my experience the faculty to student ratio is 1:20. They're all world class faculty who do cutting edge research.

Campus Life :

The campus is very modern with all the expected facilities, including good bus transport, wifi and fast food restaurants on campus

Hostel :

Being in Atlanta, the accommodation is relatively expensive compared to most college towns. I stay in an apartment off campus and pay $1100 per month including all living expenses.
