When applying to the university, students must submit the following items in order to have your application reviewed:
Online applicatio
Photocopy of your passport name page
Proof of English proficiency
Official transcripts or marksheets from all post-secondary institutions attended, as well as proof of any degrees earned
$95 application fee (non-refundable)
Once the university have received all required items, the International Admissions Office will forward the application materials to respective academic department for review. Please note that many graduate programs require additional application materials such as GRE results, letters of recommendation, and statements of purpose.
The departmental review process may take up to 10 weeks to complete. All international graduate students are advised to begin the process as early as possible to allow plenty of time for the visa application process.
If the student is accepted to Boise State and plan to study on an F-1 student visa, they will need to submit a financial document form and proof of sufficient funds in order to begin the process of applying for student visa. If the student is currently studying in the U.S. on an F-1 Student Visa, then they will also submit the following documents after being accepted to Boise State:
Copy of your current I-20, visa, and I-94
Trransfer form filled out by your current school’s International Student Advisor.
