- Students can complete the M.A. in Psychology with 33 credits (30 credits of course work and 3 credits for the thesis) or 36 credits of course work and the completion of a comprehensive examination. The thesis provides an opportunity to work closely with a faculty member in a selected area of expertise.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must hold a at least 12 undergraduate credits of psychology, including statistics from a recognized university.
- A minimum GPA of 2.75 is required on a 4.0 scale to be eligible for the program.
Indian Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

The master’s program prepares graduates to work in a variety of mental health or human service settings, including mental health care facilities, child welfare, and family counseling agencies, institutions for the aged, and other social and community organizations.
