Cal U's exercise science and health promotion program is nationally ranked and recognized as a leader in offering high-quality education at a historic state university. Cal U offers dual concentration options. Study performance enhancement and injury prevention with these disciplines: rehabilitation science, sport psychology or wellness coaching. Dual concentrations can be completed in as little as 18 months of full-time study. Four Cal U exercise science faculty members - Dr. William Biddington, Dr. Barry McGlumphy, Dr. Linda Meyer and Professor Julie Ramsey-Emrhein - are in the Hall of Fame for the Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers' Society.
