MA in Accountancy is a 2-Year program at Southern Illinois University.

The objective of the Master of Accountancy degree program is to provide an opportunity for students to achieve greater breadth and depth in the study of Accountancy than is possible in the baccalaureate program.
As preparation for entry into a dynamic profession, the curriculum fosters clear, logical, and analytical thought processes, effective oral and written communications, and life-long learning skills.
The concentrations of the program are:
- Taxation
- Auditing and Accounting Information Systems
Students will also be taught by a highly respected group of faculty who are dedicated to providing our students with the most up-to-date curriculum.
Graduates can pursue their careers as professional accountants in public practice, industry, financial institutions, government, and other not-for-profit organizations.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students must have an undergraduate degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
A GPA of 2.7 (on a 4.0 grading scale) on approximately the last two years of your Bachelor's degree.
Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE scores.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
Students need to have a minimum of first-class or upper Second with a minimum of 60% on an institutional basis.
