It includes water supply and resources, environmental systems modeling, environmental chemistry, wastewater management, solid waste management, hazardous waste management and remediation, atmospheric systems and air pollution control, and environmental and occupational health. Graduates of environmental engineering programs are found in engineering and administrative posts in industry, construction, research, government and consulting firms.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Acamedic Requirements:
- High school or secondary school official transcripts of the final four years (9 to 12) should be sent to Ohio State
- SAT or ACT scores should be submitted (Optional for 2023 admissions)
- Recommendation from a teacher or counsellor (optional)
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL (IBT): minimum 79 required
- IELTS or IELTS indicator: minimum 6.5 required
- ACT: minimum 21 score on the English section
- SAT: minimum 27 required on the reading section
- Duolingo: minimum 105 required
