Bachelor of Science [B.S] [Aerospace and Occupational Safety] From Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University

Students will be prepared to provide safety expertise in many different aviation, aerospace, and other occupational settings, as well as technical guidance in compliance issues, industrial hygiene, and workplace standards.

A typical first year in this program will include general education courses such as English composition, along with Principles of Aeronautical Science and aviation-related courses in computing, meteorology, mathematics, and physics, plus specialized classes like Aerospace Safety.

The Aerospace and Occupational Safety degree is designed for students interested in obtaining a strong safety foundation. The goal of the degree is to produce graduates who are prepared to provide safety expertise in a variety of aviation, aerospace, and other occupational settings.

This program will produce professionals who are skilled in providing safety management expertise along with technical guidance in compliance issues involving FAA, EPA, OSHA, DOT, and industrial hygiene, and workplace standards.
