Students may select either an accounting or tax track:
- The?accounting track?includes courses in accounting theory, international accounting, and accounting information systems.
- The?tax track?includes coverage of entity taxation, international taxation, tax research, and the taxation of estate and gifts.

Graduates with an M.S. in Accounting & Taxation (MSA&T) will be able to:
- Analyze the ethical implications of accounting and tax transactions.
- Conduct research pertinent to accounting issues and problems.
- Develop strategies to achieve a desired accounting objective.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Applicants must have completed a bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all previous educational institution attended
- Official transcripts must have a course by course evaluation from a NACES accredited agency
- Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent on a scale of 4
- Submit GMAT score of 450 or an GRE equivalent
- Students with GPA lower than 3.0 may be considered if they have minimum GMAT of 500 and GPA*200 + GMAT= 1050 or equivalent GRE score
- Submit a one page personal statement about your career and personal goals connected with graduate studies
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 79 in iBT; 213 in CBT; 550 in PBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.5
