- Principles of Biology?
This course is intended for Health Science majors who are preparing for careers in a medical or an allied-health profession. It requires a high-school level understanding of biological and chemical concepts and prepares students for advanced courses in cell biology, genetics, microbiology, and human physiology.?
- Medical Terminology?
An introductory study of medical terminology presented as background for work in the health professions. Course format is online self-instruction.?
- Medical Microbiology?
Study of the basic concepts of microbiology from a human health and disease perspective. Topics include: basic microbial cell biology and genetics, immunology, virology, pathogenicity, antimicrobial therapeutics, epidemiology and public health, and disease transmission. Primarily for students interested in health sciences.?
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit official transcripts from the past three years of your secondary school
- Official transcripts should contain course by course evaluation with English translation wherever required
- Submit English Language Proficiency test requirements
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum score of 79 in iBT; 213 in CBT
- IELTS: minimum score of 6.0
- Duolingo: minimum score of 100
- SAT: minimum 470 in critical reading section
- ACT: minimum 20 in composite score
