The Klipsch School is dedicated to providing a quality, hands-on, educational experience for our students. Below are the program educational objectives (PEOs) that describe the expected accomplishments of graduate during their first few years after graduation.
- Our graduates will obtain relevant, productive employment in the private sector, government and/or pursue an advanced degree.
- Our graduates will be using their engineering foundation to innovate solutions to the problems of the real world.
BSEE students are required to participate in a capstone design class as part of the undergraduate degree program. Further information on the capstone design process and current projects can be found on the capstone resource page.
The Klipsch School offers the BSEE for Electrical and Computer Engineering majors. A student can also earn a minor in Computer Engineering (CompE).
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit official transcripts of all previous education with English translation if not in English
- Official transcripts must be evaluated by a NACES approved agency
- Students should have a minimum GPA of 2.75 or equivalent on a scale of 4.0
- Submit English Language Proficiency scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 520 in PBT; 68 in iBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.0
- Duolingo: minimum score of 95
