Students will be prepared to address emerging engineering issues related to sustainability, climate change, and new energy resources.
Civil engineering is the engineering of the constructed facilities we encounter every day:
- buildings, bridges, tunnels, and dams
- waterways, railways, and highways
- water power, irrigation, drainage, and water supply
- wastewater and hazardous waste disposal
- environmental health systems
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Students requires :-
- SAT/ACT score
- letter of recommendation from a teacher or school counselor.
- a personal essay (up to 650 words) that demonstrates qualities of leadership, community service, work experiences and/or other significant interests.
International students, specifically those whose first language is not English, are required to submit the official results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), unless the student has attended a school for at least one year in which the language of instruction is English.
