Computer Engineering is a joint effort between the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the Swanson School of Engineering and the Computer Science Department in the Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences. Computer Engineers develop software and computer hardware systems to help organizations meet their business goals. The curriculum focuses on the design, production, operation, and maintenance of computers and digital systems.

Following are the academic requirements of the program:
- Students must have completed the engineering program curriculum from a recognized university.
- Students have to maintain a cumulative QPA of at least 2.00/4.00.
