Faculty and students of the MA in Public Humanities program work together to produce exhibitions and educational programming, articles, publications, and special collaborations with community partners in the region and within Brown University.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in public humanities or equivalent from a recognized institution.
A GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 is required to be eligible for the program.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students must complete an undergraduate degree with first-class in a relevant field from a highly ranked university in India.
Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
