The program offered by provides interdisciplinary approaches to the practice of art and the study of visual culture. Students have the opportunity to put their ideas into form while becoming visually literate, historically grounded, and familiar with the diversity of arts and cultures worldwide.

- Undergraduate students manage one of the department’s two galleries in the WSU Museum of Art in Pullman and assist with the Art Center on the Tri-Cities campus.
- The WSU Museum of Art is one of the top five museums in the Northwest, including annual faculty and MFA thesis exhibitions.

Academic Requirements:

- Applicants must have completed 4 units of english, 3 units of mathematics and social studies, 2 units of science and foreign language
