Visa Process for International Students
- A passport is valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry.
- A photograph measuring 2” X 2” taken within the last six months.
- Receipt for the visa processing fee.
- All the three pages of the I-20 (F-1) or DS 2019 (J-1) Form. This form should bear the signature of Dominican University’s designated school official (DSO) and you must sign and date it on the appropriate line.
- Original financial documents required such as the current bank statement or a scholarship offer from the university which shows that the applicant has sufficient funds to cover your tuition and living expenses.
- Transcripts of diplomas and test scores from standardized tests such as TOEFL. GMAT or ACT.
- Proof of close ties to the home country to show that they have no intention in immigrating to the United States.
