The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Art History and Criticism is awarded upon the completion of 120 hours, of which 42 hours are Core Curriculum requirements. Thirty-nine (39) of the total semester credit hours required for the degree must be at the upper-division level.Students seeking the Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and Criticism must fulfill University Core Curriculum requirements in the same manner as other students. The courses listed below satisfy both degree requirements and Core Curriculum requirements; however, if these courses are taken to satisfy both requirements, then students may need to take additional courses in order to meet the minimum number of semester credit hours required for this degree.

Academic Requirements:
- Submit official transcripts of high school and other education completed
- Applicants must submit high school diploma
- Applicants must have minimum GPA 2.5 or equivalent
- Submitting SAT/ACT score is optional
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 79 in ibt; 550 in PBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.5
- PTE: minimum 58
