Through coursework, you'll master leadership and development theories, critical thinking and analytics. Through practice, you'll refine your understanding of organizational systems and group dynamics. And through an international study experience, you'll develop your global competency and self-awareness.
Students in the MA in Leadership Studies comes to us from a variety of backgrounds and undergraduate majors. Many of our students work full-time or part-time while completing the program, and they include educators, nonprofit professionals, business leaders, educational administrators, consultants and active duty military personnel.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Application Requirements:
- Applicants must have completed bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all previous education completed
- Official transcripts must be evaluated course by course by an accredited agency like WES, ECE, IERF, SpanTran etc
- Submit your resume that should include all previous education and professional experience
- Submit two professional letters of recommendation from professors and employers
- Submit a statement of purpose in 500 words about your career goals and importance of graduate study at this point
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 83 in iBT; 237 in CBT; 580 in PBT
- IELTS: minimum 7.0
