The curriculum promotes a command of business acumen as well as a mastery of interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure maximum individual and organizational impact.
Our flexible, 22-month program features small class sizes and weekend sessions, so you can balance your professional and personal life while building lasting connections in our business community. Each course is led by distinguished USD School of Business faculty, experienced business executives and Ken Blanchard Company's leadership faculty.
Your cohort of approximately 20 students will be comprised of leaders or emerging leaders from a diverse set of industries and professional backgrounds. Faculty are a mix of USD School of Business professors, coaches from The Ken Blanchard Companies and other industry experts – all of whom have extensive business backgrounds and leadership expertise.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Application Requirements:
- Applicants must have completed bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all previous education completed
- Official transcripts must be evaluated course by course by an accredited agency like WES, ECE, IERF, SpanTran etc
- Submit your resume that should include all previous education and professional experience
- Submit two professional letters of recommendation from professors and employers
- Submit a statement of purpose in 500 words about your career goals and importance of graduate study at this point
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 83 in iBT; 237 in CBT; 580 in PBT
- IELTS: minimum 7.0
