Marywood University welcomes fresh undergraduate admissions for international students during the Summer, Fall, and Spring sessions. Admissions are accepted in the fields of Art, Architecture, Business, Communication, Education, Nursing, Nutrition, Dietetics, Psychology, Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Social Sciences, and Social Work. Candidates applying for undergraduate programs must qualify for their high school/ completed their university education with a minimum aggregate from a recognized university.

Admission requirements

All applicants must submit the following documents at the time of filling the application form for completing the admission process.

• Fill the online application form
• Submit official college transcripts/ mark sheets/ leaving certificate accompanied with the English translation if in any other language.
• The official high school or college signature or seal must appear on the back flap of the unopened envelope.
• The non-English transcripts must be translated by a certified translator like World Education Services, and International Education Evaluations, LLC
• SAT – 1000 to 1190
• ACT – 22 to 29
• Two Letter of Reference (for educational backgrounds)
• Three Letters of References (Architecture, Psychology, Interior Architecture)
• Certification of Finances accompanied by bank statement
• Citizenship/ Visa Information

Marywood university follows a selective application process for Summer, Fall, and Spring semesters. Candidates are thus recommended to apply for the programs before the deadline to avoid any delay in admission.

It may take up to 4-5 weeks for the successful processing of the application and arrival of the decision.

While there is no application fee, applicants must submit standardized test scores of SAT or ACT in addition to proving their English Language skills by taking the TOEFL or IELTS test. The scores must be sent directly from the testing agency to the university.

Students are notified about the admission decision via post. The admission letter guides the student about further procedures and requirements for admission and residence.

Upon acceptance, international students need to apply for an I-20 form. The I-20 form will be sent to them via FedEx.
