`The Department of Retail, Merchandising and Product Development (RMPD) consisting of nearly 800 majors—one of the largest programs of this kind in the United States—participate in an industry-savvy curriculum producing graduates who can contribute immediately to the retail and retail-related companies who hire them.
This new major provides students with advanced knowledge to tackle problems and issues in global merchandising and product development and to apply best practices in solving these problems at the corporate level.
Graduates of this program will be able to serve in management positions in production, distribution and consumption areas.
