Its intention is to help working professionals upgrade their technical expertise and cross boundaries among disciplines. No financial aid from Rensselaer is available for this program. In addition to extensive science offerings, students may take applicable courses in other schools such as Management, Engineering, or Humanities and Social Sciences.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Applicants must have completed a four year bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all previous education completed
- Submit a personal statement that should address your academic and research interests and future career goals
- Submit your resume that should include details about your education, employment, and internship history, as well as any pertinent research experience
- Submit two letters of recommendation from your supervisors, academic advisor, professors or research mentors
- GRE/GMAT score is optional
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores

- TOEFL: minimum 88 in iBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.5
- Duolingo: minimum 110
- PTE: minimum 59
