International/Community Development is an interdisciplinary degree program in practical missions, preparing graduates to address not only spiritual but also educational, economic, medical, and physical needs. A major in ICD is preparation to work in a helping capacity--through churches, ministries, mission agencies, nonprofit organizations, relief organizations, international schools, government agencies, and a variety of other endeavors in the USA and abroad. The basic skills taught in ICD?needs assessment, problem solving, training, and leadership?are valuable in any field.
