University of District of Columbia has an open admissions policy. It offers over 81-degree programs, including associate degrees, bachelor degrees, masters degrees, doctoral degrees, and law degrees, in addition to non-degree programs.

• UDC accepts applications for Fall, Summer and Spring term for UG admissions.
• Applications for most PG programs are invited for Fall and Spring semester.
• Applicants to any of the programs must apply University Admissions Portal, or through postage to the college Community office.
• Minimum SAT, ACT requirements vary according to high school GPA.

Admission deadlines for UG and PG programs are similar. The admission deadlines for international and domestic applicants are mentioned below:

UDC International Admissions

• Official high school transcripts
• ELP scores
• GPA and standardized test scores are required.
  • GPA- 2.5 1200 SAT or 16 ACT Score or high school GPA- 2.0 and 1400 SAT or 19 ACT Score
• Copy of passport

Visa Process for International Student

• The SEVIS coordinator from the International admission office issues the students with new form I-20.
• Visit the US embassy with the following documents:
  • Passport and one copy
  • Acceptance letter to University of the District of Columbia preferably/ The application fee payment receipt
  • Form I-20
  • Passport Size Photo
• Students must pay the SEVIS fee (I-901) online.
• Apply for F-1 Visa
• Schedule visa interview

University of the District of Columbia Undergraduate Admissions

The UDC provides 34 Bachelor degrees and courses. The basic admission process for all the courses is the same.
