- The MFA in Games and Interactive Media will help the students create bridges and make change through the power of active engagement through games.
- This terminal degree can be completed in as little as two years and will offer the students the qualifications to teach at the university level.
- Beyond traditional game design and development, students will learn to tailor play design to meet specific goals in player impact, focusing on both theory and practice.
- The program stretches the students' capacities as designers, developers and administrators and prepares them to take on a variety of creative leadership and instructional roles.
- Students who graduate from the program will be poised for a variety of roles in the creative economy, including instruction and creative leadership.
- Whether his passion is digital game design, physical computing, virtual reality, analog games, new media art or something else, our MFA lets him develop the skills to create great games.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related subject from a recognized university.
Indian Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
