Wingate University?s program is rigorous. It?s also highly competitive. This keeps our student-to-faculty ratio low, so you work more closely with professors and clinical preceptors.

Students are required to complete six clinical experiences to earn the degree. As you can see by our?BOC Exam Pass Rate Data, the practical experience our students gain gets them ready for board certification. Our students work with a variety of certified athletic trainers (ATCs) and healthcare professionals. Athletic training students have worked with such professional organizations and teams as:
