The AACSB-accredited bachelor’s in accounting program at UAlbany covers the latest best practices in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial information systems.
Students will learn how to ensure the integrity of financial reporting to investors and other stakeholders while supporting the quality of business decisions that rely on financial information.
In this program, students will master the generally accepted accounting practices set by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and learn how to produce financial reports that directly inform business decisions.
Graduate coursework prepares students to enter the accounting field with more advanced skills that give them a competitive edge in the job market and in the workplace.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students must have a minimum of 120 credits and at least 60 credits in the liberal arts and sciences
Students must achieve and maintain at least a 3.25 cumulative GPA.
The students should have completed the General Education Program at the University at Albany
Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE scores.

Indian Students Eligibility:

Students should submit required official and complete individual mark skeets for each examination attempt, including subsidiary exams.
Photocopies of student's mark sheets are accepted only when they are attested by the University Registrar or Controller of Examinations and placed in a sealed, stamped envelope that is sent directly to the Graduate School.

International applicants are required to apply for an F-1 or J-1 student Visa. As per the application process of universities in the USA, a student needs to have the following basic documents to procure a US student visa.
