My main reason for choosing Humber College was the SCM program. This program had the best curriculum among the ones I surveyed. Its main specialty is that you get hand on experience with SAP which is an ERP that is used by many top organizations.

I chose a shared accommodation initially , which costed me 450CAD, but it’s quite difficult to share a room that too small in size so ever since after that I have been living by myself in my personal room which costs me 600CAD, and is steps away from the campus.

I applied to Humber college specifically, it being the best in the Ontario for the TESL program, also it’s faculty and proximity to city made it the best choice for me.

The best option to save up on money and own a good place is through living on sharing basis. I share my condo with 2 other people and we end up covering all the utilities along with WiFi and electricity. It's a 12 min commute by bus and pays 535 CAD each. We have a fully furnished kitchen, bedrooms, and living room.

My other two real siblings were part of Humber and they always appreciated what the college had to offer. Both of them were able to secure reasonably good jobs after completing their respective programs. On the other hand, it didn't make sense to spend absurd amounts of money on a university degree whereas I can learn the same skillset here and apply it in practical work-life settings before Degree holders. The last reason was how Humber has a really strong business administration program

No, I live off campus paying 725 CAD per month which is very expensive for a single bedroom. I still have to share a living room and kitchen with two other girls.

Humber is controlled by the University of Guelph which is one of the best universities in Canada. Everyone working in education has heard about Humber somehow at least in Ontario. It's rated better than its competitors like Sheridan or George Brown and has partnered up with more employers too. Humber is well known for its huge international population too which makes it more exciting since I met people from different countries and cultures.

No I do not live on campus. I either drove or took public transit to get to school.

I chose Humber because they had the best Public Administration program

No, I don't live on campus. I used to live in a rented apartment which was 20 mins away from college. My rent was 600 CAD every month.

It is considered one of the best colleges for Business Management in Canada. Also , there is cultural diversity on campus.

The accommodation within the campus is really expensive so I looked for other sources such as shared rooms.

Because Humber along with George brown is considered to be one of the best colleges in Toronto.

I stayed off campus close to college since the college residence was too expensive. I wish they made it cheaper. Staying on campus makes commuting much easier. The rent is very expensive so working is necessary.

I am a student from Mumbai who has done her graduation in bachelors of mass media specialising in advertising. I further worked in the same field and really enjoyed it. My will to learn more about this field led me to study this course which was available in Humber college. The course and the college both are pretty remowened and are located at a prime location in Toronto which increases scope for job opportunities leading me to take this decision. I got to know about this college through my career counsellor and then personal research was done. It had an application fee for $100 which I had to pay to be considered for admission.

There are lots of options you can choose from your accommodation. I personally chose to stay as a paying guest. Students also rent an apartment and share the rent and the grocery. Campus hostel also works for some but it was a little expensive for me.

One of my friends had suggested this college. The application process was done by one of the agencies I applied through. I chose this college as it had a 2 years certificate course related to my background. Humber professors bring a wealth of relevant industry experience to the classroom. Class sizes are small, and simulation labs and work placements bridge the gap between classroom and industry. We put theory into practice from day one, which is important because work-integrated learning means you will have experience working in your industry before you graduate.
