Academic Requirements:

  • Successful Completion of Secondary (High) School Diploma or equivalent
  • Grade 12 (Senior year) Language - Grammar or Literature (or higher level)
  • Grade 11 mathematics (or higher level)
  • Two sciences, including at least one of the following: Grade 11 or 12 Biology, Chemistry or Physics (or higher level)
  • Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

Career and Placement after Course

As a graduate of this program, you may be employed as a laboratory technologist, quality assurance specialist or an engineering technologist in industries involved in pulp and paper, petroleum and plastic products, foods, fertilizers, metals, minerals, and pharmaceuticals. You may also find employment in government institutions concerned with pollution control or weights and measures.
