Challenges at Aangara College

KS
6.2 /10

This college had a very good reputation for computer science as it prepares you for both: university or work and indeed it does so. That is the main reason why I chose this college. Moreover, it's a very nice place.

Course Curriculum :

My course curriculum is very hard and challenging. There lots of main courses some of which require an enormous time in order to pass them. Other than that they let you take some easy courses too.

Exams :

IELTS 7.5 bands. I did the in college exam LET that let me took an English course that is a major requirement for my program.

Placement :

At the end of every semester, companies come and conduct seminars that let the student be familiar with the companies and therefore try their luck by applying in them. Big and small companies come every year.

Internship :

Yes, it does. It provides internships in college and outside the college. In order to qualify for them, you have to take two courses that will prepare you for internships and make you eligible for college internships.

Events :

There is a various amount of events celebrated at our college because it is full of international students. Due to this reason, every year we have events organized by multiple communities and its always fun.

Fees :

The fees are very high for us international students. The residents and citizens pay a whole amount of fees tor their programs that often are equal to just one-semester fees of an international student.

Scholarship :

No, I haven't. I would like to do so if there are some free financial aids. I know that there are some scholarships but you have to have a very very GPA in order to qualify for it.

Examination Structure :

The exam structure is nice but can be better. The exams in the computer science program and courses are made by the faculty and not by the professors. All the professors gather together and make a unique exam.

Faculty :

The faculty is nice.

Hostel :

I live off campus because our college does not offer a campus. Actually, if it had one I would live in there but now I have to live outside with other students. Thankfully it's near the college and downtown so it's easy to go everywhere.
