I chose this university as it has an integrated co-op program which helps in getting a full-time job in Canada. It is one of the best universities in Canada as well. Also, there is a better acquaintance with students because of smaller classes, the professors tend to know the students in their classes, by face, and by name.
Course Curriculum
There are fewer optional courses. This does not sound like an advantage. But surprisingly, it is. Because there are fewer optional courses available at the University of Windsor compared to larger universities, students are forced to take courses that they think they may not like.
Exams
I used SOP, LOR, and CV for my application. I highlighted my internship experience and my project work in my SOP. I took LORs from three professors having high designation at my college which made my application strong.
Placement
Due to co-op opportunities, most of the students get placed in good companies. The department helped us a lot in getting co-op programs by reviewing our resumes and cover letters. A co-op program gives you an opportunity to gain work experience and network with professionals.
Internship
I got a co-op at Toronto Hydro as a Networking Engineer. I was paid $20 an hour for 35 hours a week. They converted it into a full-time job recently.
Events
The campus is beautiful. There are plenty of opportunities to make new friends and participate in a variety of student clubs and events to join. There are countless opportunities to get involved in a variety of clubs and organizations, sports teams, support to help you along the way, and much more.

No
Faculty
They have some creative and enthusiastic Faculty: The University of Windsor has some really excellent young professors. Faculty members know what material will be valuable in a student's graduate program.
Hostel
No, I stayed off campus around 2-3 kilometers away from the university. I paid $350 rent for a furnished room with all utilities included. I could walk to university or take a bus. The commute was very convenient.
