- The objective of the Master of Science in Management and Professional Accounting program is to educate future leaders of the accounting profession at the master’s level in management and at the professional level in accounting, assurance, tax, finance, performance management, and related subjects such as management skills and professional capabilities.
- It is an on-campus program offered on a full-time basis.
- The program may be taken in one of three formats depending on the applicant’s business or accounting background:
- a 27-month format by applicants with no such background
- Or, a 24-month format by applicants with some background
- Or, a 12-month format by applicants with extensive, specific background.
- Each of the three MMPA program formats includes co-op work terms; each has been approved as an Accredited Program by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.
- Students will also complete two co-op work placements (MGT1090H and MGT2090H) in accounting or finance-related areas.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants should have an appropriate bachelor's degree with a standing equivalent to at least a University of Toronto mid-B from a recognized university.
- All applicants are encouraged to submit results from Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT).
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL and GRE to get admission in this program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Completed a 4-year UG degree with first-class from a recognized institution.
- Completed a master’s degree w from a recognized institution.

If you have graduated from a designated learning institution in Canada, you may be eligible to apply for PGWP. However, graduating from a designated learning institution does not automatically make you eligible to appy for PGWP. You will be able to apply for PGWP after completing the one-year Certificate in Cloud Computing program of this university.
The University of Toronto does not offer Master in Child Counseling. But the university offers MA Child Study and Education, MA Counselling and Clinical Psychology, M.Ed Counselling and Psychotherapy, M.Ed Global Mental Health and Counselling Psychology, M.Ed Guidance and Counselling, MA School and Clinical Child Psychology. To apply for these programs, you must have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
To apply for graduate admission at the University of Toronto you must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0. Besides the GPA requirement there are certain other program-specific admission requirements that must be fulfilled.
