Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must complete a Bachelor of Civil Law from a recognized university
- Students must have an overall B grade (75%) average (or equivalent) score.
- The committee will consider students with a lower GPA provided they have 5 years or more of relevant professional experience.
Work Experience Eligibility:
- Law students with legal practice experience, related work experience, or a demonstrated interest in international business law can apply for this program.
- Students without a law degree who have at least five years of work experience related to international business law, such as contract management, trade, negotiation, regulation, or governance can also apply for this program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Completed undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Or, completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Or, completed a 3-year UG degree with a first-class from a NAAC-accredited institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
