Capilano University is a top ranked Public University which is best part because it ticks all ypur aspirations of work permit to further PR, secondly the program NABU Applied gives you a co-op visa thats basically you will have 1 year of classes and 2nd year full time internship/job. Limited amount of film schools in Western Canada. Only about 4 in particularly in Vancouver where the film industry is most prevalent.
