- Studio-based learning is complemented by lecture courses on foundational knowledge.
- Complementary courses provide further opportunities to learn about how culture intersects with technology in the work of architecture, and students select electives to customize their learning experience.
- The second part, for students with the McGill B.Sc.(Arch.) degree or equivalent non-professional undergraduate architecture degree is either a three-term or a two-year program leading to the Master of Architecture (Professional) degree.
- The B.Arch degree is accredited by the Canadian Architectural Certification Board (CACB) and is recognized as accredited by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) in the U.S.

This university is affordable along with a very nice location in Canada. It is a fair acceptance rate and good courses at its disposal.
