Saint Mary’s University MBA Program: Dates, Entry Requirements, and Fees

Candidates must meet the below-mentioned entry requirements for admission to Sobey School of Business:

Academic Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in any discipline
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.3 or grade "B"

Essays

• Essay 1: Describe a recent situation where you had to confront an ethical challenge in your personal or professional life. How did you address the challenge? What generalizations can you draw from this experience?
• Describe a recent event in your life when you overcame adversity and succeeded in a task or achieved a goal. What did you learn about yourself from this experience?
• Why do you wish to pursue a Sobey MBA at Saint Mary’s University? How does the MBA relate to your future career goals? Please be specific.

Note: Students are required to opt for two essays out of three options provided in the MBA supplementary form

Work Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of work experience is preferred

Interview

Candidates will also be required to attend a timed online interview
