Important Dates
The intakes for this program are September, January, and May. Applications are accepted throughout the year.
- The MA Leadership degree program teaches transformational organizational servant leadership (TOSL) focused on people and based upon the life and teachings of Jesus.
- Emphasize effective leadership (TOSL) modeling through organizational leadership research, exciting inter-disciplinary learning, practical application to the needs of the workplace, and participative teaching from recognized professionals.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have a four-year undergraduate degree.
- Students require a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.
- Students also need a statement of objectives and interests, an academic research paper, and two reference letters.
- Students require three to five years of work experience for this program.
Language Requirments:
- Proof of English proficiency may be required for international applicants, whose first language is not English.
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL to get admission to this program.
International students who currently or will hold a degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction, do not need to submit a TOEFL or IELTS score report.
