MIMS Karnataka offers the prestigious MBBS course with four and a half years of medical study and 1 year of internship training. It has 85 seats reserved for Karnataka students and the rest of the 15 for All India quota students. Given below is the UG course provided by MIMS and its eligibility and duration.

The institute offers admission through merit scored in respective entrance examinations. For UG courses, NEET score is required and for PG courses, one should have appeared for NEET PG.
Admission into MIMS is done through All India Medical Counselling as All India Quota of 15 MBBS seats and remaining seats through Karnataka State medical counseling State as State Quota of 85 seats, conducted by State medical authorities. Every year the institute conducts admission for the students on the basis of cut off declared by them and aspirants who apply for the Institute need to clear the Cutoff for various courses.
The college does not offer placement opportunities. As an MBBS/MS/MD graduate, the doctor needs to find work in the form of internships and jobs in hospitals. A doctor is expected to begin with their own practice. But the college does provide a lot of training facilities during the college years, especially in the internship.
The college does provide scholarships up to INR 10,000 for the deserving and meritorious students. They also facilitate needy students in getting government subscribed scholarships.
