Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Medical College offers MBBS on the basis of marks/ rank secured by the candidate in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by CBSE. Students who have passed 10+2 in science stream with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology. Also, candidates are required to obtain a minimum percentage of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology combined.

Candidates aspiring for admission to the MBBS courses offered by PDUMC can apply through CBSE NEET website. Only online mode of application and fee payment is available for the interested candidates. Candidates who have qualified the entrance test are required to attend counselling conducted by the board where the seats are allotted on the basis of NEET score.

Note: Candidates who have studied from the Foreign/International Board must ensure that the qualifying examination passed by them matches in scope and standard with Indian universities.

Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Candidates with multiple applications will be disqualified for the current academic session.

Candidates must apply under NEET PG All India 50% Quota Seats only.
Candidates who have studied/passed MBBS from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible for All India 50% Quota seats.
NEET PG candidates may choose between Forenoon or Afternoon session for the entrance test as suitable.

Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Application Process 2023

The process of application through NEET examination for admission to UG courses is as follows:

Candidates applying through NEET can do so through online mode of application only. No offline application is accepted by the board.
Candidates must keep his/her Aadhar Card handy at the time of filling the application form.
Candidates must ensure that the mobile number and e-mail ID filled in the form are correct.
The application fee can be remitted using a credit/debit card, net-banking/UPI or E-wallets.
Candidates must retain copies of the Confirmation Page and proof of fee paid as reference for future correspondence.
The candidates must download the Admit Card for the entrance examination from the NEET website as scheduled.

Candidates seeking admission to the PG programs offered by PDUMC can apply via NEET PG website through the following steps:

Candidate seeking admission to MD/MS should log on to the NEET PG Registration portal and click on the “Register for NEET-PG” link.
Then, the candidate should create a profile using his/her personal and educational details.
He/she will also be required to create login credentials and upload scanned copies of photograph and signature.
Once the candidate has successfully created the profile, he/she will be taken to the exam selection screen.
In order to register for NEET PG, the candidate must select “National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test- Post Graduate (NEET-PG)” option from the drop-down menu.
Candidates are further required to select test center and schedule the test as per their convenient timing choosing from the two session options.
The application fee for NEET PG for General candidates is INR 3750 and SC/ST candidates are required to pay INR 2750 only.
Payment of fees can be made through online mode only.
