SIHS Pune Admission 2024: Registration (Open), Dates, Courses, Eligibility, Selection Criteria

The aspirants can fill the application form in the Online and Offline mode depending upon the subject they want admission in. The applying process for different courses is given below. The candidates can make the application by following the given steps for their particular course.

For B.Sc. (Medical Technology and Radiotherapy), MSc., PGDHI, Diploma in Biomedical Instrumentation:

1. Click on the official website.
2. Click on the link provided on the home page for the respective course you want to enroll in.
3. Click on “new registration”.
4. Fill all the necessary details and click on “submit” button.
5. You will receive the SIHSUG/SISUGPG ID and password.
6. Now make the online payment by paying the registration charges of INR 1250.

For MBA:

The candidate has to register for MBA in two steps -SNAP registration and institute registration.

1. The candidate has to register for SNAP test by visiting the official website of SNAP.
2. He / She has to pay INR 1950/- (+ applicable Payment gateway charges, GST and any other taxes).
3. In the same form, after applying for the SNAP test, the candidate has to also register for SIHS
4. For this, the candidate has to make a payment for INR 1000/- (+ applicable Payment gateway charges, GST and any other taxes), for each program the candidate wishes to apply.

Note:

The candidate can make the payment through debit card/credit card or through DD. Following are the details for making payment through demand draft:
A demand draft of INR 2065/- (SNAP fees + SIHS registration fees) has to be made from any nationalized bank in favor of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat" payable at Pune”. Along with the DD the candidate has to also attach an advice form duly signed, which he will get from the payment section under “make payment) to the following address:

The payment details of the candidate will be authenticated by Symbiosis Test Secretariat after the payment is made and a confirmation email will be sent confirming the payment. Only after the authentication, the candidate will be able to view the admit card.

For PGDEMS:

1. Click on the official website.
2. Click on “Admission”.
3. Click on the respective subject you want to apply for.
4. Click “New Registration”
5. Start filling the application form by filling the details carefully.
6. Click on “Submit”.
7. The candidate has to now make the payment of registration fees. It can be made in two forms: online or by post.
8. Online: pay INR 750/- by credit card/debit card/NEFT
9. By post: get a DD made of INR 850/- drawn in favour of “Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences ( SIHS) payable at Pune.  Write your details at the back side of the DD and send it to the following address:

Documents required at the time of admission:

• Certificate of passing the qualifying examination (Graduation, 10th & 12th Science)
• Mark list (Graduation, 10th & 12th Science)
• Original copy of transfer certificate or leaving certificate
• Original copy of migration certificate
• Copy of Registration Certificate of respective councils (if applicable)
• Copy of Character Certificate / No Dues Certificate
• Copy of Work Experience / Gap Certificate if applicable
• Change of name certificate supported by documentary evidence like Government Gazette if applicable
• In addition to above, candidates under reserved category will be selected only after verifying their original documents
