A minimum work experience of 3 years and a 1st class Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or a 1st class Master’s degree in Science, Economics or Commerce with minimum aggregate marks of 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD)

Selection is through a written examination done at Kolkata.
