Baby Memorial College Of Nursing offers B.Sc. in Nursing course of four years duration with total no. of 60 seats and Post B.Sc. in Nursing program of two years duration with total 30 seats.

The eligibility requirement to get admission in B.Sc. in Nursing course is candidates must have passed HSC/ Pre-Degree Course/ 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with minimum 45% marks in aggregate. Applicants who want to apply for admission to Post B.Sc. in Nursing course must have completed General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course of three years or three years and a half years duration recognized by Indian Nursing Council and have one-year of clinical working experience as a staff nurse in a hospital with minimum 100 beds. The applicant must be registered in Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.

Admission to both the courses is given on the basis of merit as per the rules of Lal Bahadur Shastri Centre for Science & Technology (LBS) and the seats under the management quota are filled by the college on the merit basis.

Candidates who have passed GNM or B.Sc. in Nursing course and are registered as a nurse with minimum one year experience as a staff nurse are considered as eligible to get admission to Post-Basic Diploma in Critical Care.

Admission to the course is given on the basis of the applicant’s merit in the qualifying examination.

The minimum eligibility requirement for M.Sc. in Nursing program is candidates must have completed four years of B.Sc. in Nursing program or two years of Post B.Sc. in Nursing course from a recognized University. Also, it is mandatory for the applicants to have a one-year professional experience certificate issued by the Nursing Council after completing B.Sc. in Nursing or Post B.Sc. in Nursing course.

Admission to the course is given under two category - Govt. Quota and Management Quota. Under the Govt. Quota, admission is given through the merit list of entrance test conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance, Govt. of Kerala (KEAM). Whereas under the Management Quota, admission is given by the college admission authority on the basis of their merit in the qualifying examination.
