A Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering / Technology course of a duration of 3 years or more from Board of Technical Education Haryana or B.Sc. from a recognized University as defined by UGC or its equivalent examination with at least 45% marks (42.75% in the case of SC candidates) in aggregate of all semesters in any of the branches of Engineering.
