MEC Kochi Ph.D Engineering: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Aspirants seeking admission to 3 years Full-time Ph.D. Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

Candidate must have a Master's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline from a recognized university, with at least 55% marks. In case the score is available on a letter-grade system, the Institute expects a minimum cumulative score of 5.5 on a 10-point scale.

Govt. Model Engineering College is the first Engineering College in the state recognized by Cochin University of Science and Technology as the Research Centre of University in the branch of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The major areas of research are VLSI and Embedded Systems, Signal and Image processing, Opto Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, etc.
