The Training and Placement Committee of Pillai College of Engineering handles campus placement of the graduating students of Engineering. T&PC provides full support to the visiting companies at every stage of the placement process. 

• Arrangements for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions are made as per the requirement of the companies. 
• Pre-placement training is given based on their core subject followed by aptitude training.
• The objective of TPC is to facilitate the process of placement and ensure that each eligible student gets an opportunity in the industries. 
• The college conducts awareness programs for the students in the form of seminars and conferences in association with institutions and corporate.

• Comp Labs: Pillai College of Engineering visualizes centralized computing facility, campus-wide networking, and information technology as a means to enrich the educational experience and invigorate emerging areas of scholarly research and education. The labs provide practical exposure of the subjects and give an opportunity to experiment what the students have learned in theory. 
• Sports: For enthusiastic students, who are interested in sports and take part in various sports activities and can represent the college on a national as well as international level.
• Gym: The College’s Campus has a gym for its students and staff members, students can work out together and enjoy the fun associated with it.
• Medical: The college has a health care center which is supported by a Doctor on Call. However the college is tied to nearby hospitals and has an AMBULANCE available in the campus 24/7.
• Cafeteria: Pillai College of engineering has a canteen with a great sitting capacity, with students as well as the faculty having a recreation time, where tea/coffee and various snacks options are available. On the other hand, canteen serves great meals to their students/staff members.
• Library: The library is the hub of academic student life on campus. Pillai College of engineering houses a spacious library, stocked with plenty of journals and thousands of CDs and reports. Pillai College of engineering library consists of thousands of books which help students with all exam related problems and faculties alike have easy access to the course and reference materials through a membership card. Library also has an ONLINE ACCESS systems where students can access the digital library online.
• Auditorium: The college has auditorium with capacity of around 400. Many educational events and talks are regularly organised and conducted in auditorium.
• Hostel: The college provides separate accommodation for both boys and girls. The hostels have 300 girls and 380 boys, separate for girls and boys, it also has caring student facility where people can have a great experience of hostel life.
• Laboratory: College has well equipped labs with state of art facilities. The world class infrastructure is identity of the Pillai College of Engineering. New generation tech labs such as Industry 4.0, 5G Communication, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Drone and robotics are set up in the college to make students learn and experience the technologies.
