Shree Devi Institute of Technology (SDIT), Mangalore Admission 2023: Important Dates, Admission form

At the undergraduate level, SDIT offers BE program in six specializations to candidates who have passed Class 12 or any other equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/ Biotechnology, Language and any other subject with an aggregate of at least 50% marks.

Key Points:

• Students belonging to SC/ ST Category will be given a relaxation of 5% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
• Candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/ Biotechnology, Language and any other subject.
• The average fee for BE course offered by the institute is INR 28,473 per year.

Shree Devi Institute of Technology offers MBA course at the post graduate level to the students who possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline obtained through 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with at least 50% marks from a recognized university.

Key Points:

• Students must have passed their Bachelor’s degree examination from any of the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India.
• Candidates have to pay an average amount of  INR 29,845 per year as the course fees.

SDIT offers M.Tech course in six disciplines. Students seeking admission to M.Tech from the institute must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering discipline obtained through 10+2+4 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks from a recognized university. Candidates will be granted admission to the SDIT on the basis of Karnataka PGCET 2021 scores.

• Students must qualify Karnataka PGCET to pursue M.Tech from the Shree Devi Institute of Technology.

In addition to MBA and M.Tech, Shree Devi Institute of Technology also offers MCA program at the PG level. The minimum eligibility to pursue MCA from the institute is Bachelor’s degree with minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks in the qualification examination. 

Candidates will be allotted admission to MCA program in the institute on the basis of their performance in Karnataka PGCET.

Candidates must have studied Mathematics or Statistics or Computer Science or Computer Programming or Computer Application or Business Mathematics or Business Statistics as one option or elective.

• Karnataka PGCET is a must to apply for MCA course in the institute.
• For admission to MCA course, students must have studied Mathematics in Class 12.
• The average fee to pursue MCA from SDIT is INR 29,227 per year.
