Eligibility Criteria

MCom – Eligibility Criteria For Karnataka Candidates:-

Candidate should have passed 3 years of Bcom/BBM/BBA Degree examination of any recognized university and should have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Relaxation of 5%in minimum marks required for S/C, S/T& Cat-1.

MCom – Eligibility Criteria For Non-Karnataka Candidates:-

Candidate should have passed 3 years of Bcom/BBM/BBA Bachelor Degree examination of any recognized university and should have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

MCom – Eligibility Criteria For SAARC Candidates:-

GCE/JGCSE/GCSE Certification with passes in a minimum of FIVE subjects at 'O' level & TWO subjects at 'A' level.
Pass Certificate (12 years) of any discipline, recognized by the national level board/council of any country.
Undergraduate degree in any discipline, offered by approved universities at the national level of any country

MCom – Eligibility Criteria For Foreign Candidates:-

GCE/JGCSE/GCSE Certification with passes in a minimum of FIVE subjects at 'O' level & TWO subjects at 'A' level.
Pass certificate /Diploma of a Secondary Stage Level Examination(TWELVE Years) of any discipline, recognized by the national level board /council of any country
Undergraduate degree in any discipline, offered by approved universities at the national level of any country

Course Details

AIMS Institute, Bangalore offers various Postgraduate courses i.e. M.Com, MCA, MSW programs. The admission to this course is offered on the basis of merit.

MCA	-	Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks(For General Category and Non-Karnataka Candidates)/ 45% Marks (For SC/ ST/ CAT-1 candidates) in aggregate Passed Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Statistics/ Computer Applications/ Electronics as a subject in 10+2 or at graduation level
MSW	-	Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks in aggregate

AIMS Institute Bangalore PG Selection Process:

Admission to all the postgraduate courses will be granted on the basis of Merit in the qualifying examination.

SC/ST candidates are given a relaxation of 5% in the minimum eligibility marks.
M.Sc candidates must have passed the optional subjects with an aggregate of 40%.
MCA candidates should have studied Mathematics or allied subjects at 10+2 level or at degree level
Admission to MBA courses requires the candidates to clear competitive entrance examinations.
A minimum of 60% should be obtained in the entrance examination for admission to MBA.
Other PG courses only require merit in the qualifying examination for admission.
