A Degree or Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality & Hotel Administration or Hotel Management & Catering Technology or Catering or Culinary Arts or Hospitality and Tourism of a minimum six-month duration from an Institution duly recognized by the State Board / UGC approved University or approved by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMC) or AICTE.
