The opinion on whether Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management is good or not may vary. One of my friends had a good experience, pursuing this course.

This course was earlier meant for executives but due to quality education, the institute is running this program for freshers as well as executives for the last five years.

PGDM in Infrastructure Management - Features:

The faculty quality is overall good. Apart from regular lectures, the institute also conducts guest lectures.

The facilities provided by the institute are also satisfactory.
The management at AIIM also uses their resources by inviting executives to share their experience and knowledge.
Site visits are arranged as per the requirement of the course.

Placements:

The average placement package received by the students was 7.5 LPA while the highest was 12.5 LPA.
The placement record has been 100% and students are being recruited by top companies that include ADANI, TATA, Reliance, KPMG, L&T.
Getting placement in Adani Group is easy, but students need to perform well to secure placements since Adani does not hire the whole crowd.

The institute is improving day by day with its experience of batches in all the courses. The fresher can enjoy the course but if you have more than 3 years of experience, think before joining AIIM.

The selection criteria of the Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management includes:

Ans. The college does not provide any hostel accommodation to college students but they assist students in finding a safe and healthy environment near campus through reputed accommodation providers.

Ques. How is AIIM?

Ans. AIIM as a part of AII (Adani Institute of Infrastructures) has a high level of interaction with the industries. Not only theoretical but also the practical aspect of the course is fulfilled here. Students are sent to industries to visit the infrastructure projects at the beginning of the program. After this, they get to interact with the same throughout their course in the form of seminars, workshops, etc.

Que. What is the cut-off for AIIM?

Ans. There is no set level of cut-off at AIIM. The final selection of students depends on his/her academic record, work experience, entrance test, and personal interview.

Ques. Is it mandatory to have work experience before applying for AIIM (IM)?

Ans. No work experience is mentioned in the eligibility criteria of Infrastructure Management programs. But if you have any work experience in the relevant field you will be given preference and a weight of 10% in the overall assessment.

Ques. I have done three months of unpaid internship in the BFSI. Will it be considered as experience for admission?

Ans. No, only paid and full-time employment is considered eligible at the time of admission. Part-time job, unpaid internships, Honorary work is not considered eligible for admission.

There is no such special entrance exam for this college. You can take admission by taking part in the ACPC merit system or through JEE rank. I have taken admission through ACPC and the admission process was very easy and college also helped me in the admission process.

I took admission by ACPC which is the counseling board of Gujarat board. It generates a rank list based on the science percentile and GUJCET percentile scored by the student. It takes around 60% of the science percentile and 40% of the GUJCET percentile.
