The final selection of candidates is based on work experience parameters, business awareness, written ability and performance in personal interviews. Fore School of Management, Delhi offers a full-time Fellow program for a minimum of 2 years.

The Fore School of Management provides the 2 years full-time MBA/ PGDM, PGDM (IB), PGDM (FM) and PGDM (BDA) programs.
- The MBA/ FPM course takes a maximum of 4 years and a minimum of 2 years to complete the course. Candidates can submit their thesis for 2 to 4 years.
